This Privacy Policy (or “Policy”) sets forth the manner in which The Portuguese Times USA, Inc. (“Portuguese Times” “we,” or “us” “our” “ours”) collects, uses, and discloses information derived from your use of our sites, mobile and tablet apps, and other online products and services that link to this Policy; from your subscription to our print newspaper; from receiving our emails; and from attending our events (collectively, our or the “Services”).
All information is processed by the Portuguese Times in the United States, and subject to its applicable laws.
